Stop following generic plans. Start asking better questions.

I documented 263 questions during my health and fitness journey, every "what do I do now?" moment, every confused progress check, all my uncertainty about what to eat and when.

Here's what I learned: you don't need another ‘one size supposedly fits all’ program. You need to get better at making decisions for YOUR goals.

So the club's here to help spark those questions, to kick start your curiosity about exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, and how they all work together for you. It’s not necessarily going to be easy or straight forward, but the more you are willing to step up and be honest about where you are right now and how much time and effort you can commit to making incremental changes the more it’ll work for you.

What is the shape up club?

A question-driven framework that helps you figure out what actually works for YOUR body and YOUR life.

Most programs give you a plan, then leave you stranded when:

  • Progress doesn't look like you expected
  • Life gets messy and you miss workouts
  • You don't know if what you're doing is working
  • Every decision feels like a guess

So, the shape up club is a framework to nudge you to ask and answer better questions so you can make better decisions - customised to your goals, whether that's getting stronger, sleeping better, having more energy, or anything else.

How it works:

  • Learn to ask the right questions at the right time
  • Build decision frameworks, not rigid rules
  • Understand the relationships between exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress
  • Adapt based on what you learn about yourself

This is for you if:

  • You're tired of following plans that don't fit your life
  • You're drowning in conflicting advice and need clarity
  • You want to understand the "why" without a PhD
  • You're willing to reflect and learn about yourself
  • You value sustainable habits over quick fixes

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want someone to just tell you exactly what to do
  • You're looking for a magic bullet or quick fix
  • You need specialised competitive athletic coaching
  • You're not willing to track, reflect, ask questions and be honest

Everyone wants month 3 results. Nobody tells you how to survive Week 1.

Let's change that!
