What does Week 1 cost?
Free for now. I'm testing and learning.

Do I need equipment / a gym / specific diet?
No. The framework adapts to whatever you have access to and whatever your constraints are.

Is this just for weight loss?
No. This works for any goal that involves exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress—getting stronger, having more energy, sleeping better, building habits, etc.

What if I'm already fit?
The framework works at any level. Beginners ask "what should I eat?", advanced people ask "how do I optimise recovery?" Same system, different questions.

What if I don't have Claude Pro?
The free version of Claude works fine. You can also use ChatGPT or any AI you prefer—just copy the setup prompt.

How long does Week 1 take?
30-45 minutes for initial setup, then 10-15 minutes daily for tracking and reflection.

What if I get stuck or confused?

Will there be Week 2, 3, 4...?
Yes, but only after I learn what Week 1 users actually need. I'm building this based on real feedback, not assumptions.

Everyone wants month 3 results. Nobody tells you how to survive Week 1.
